Thank you for your interest in my work!

I am a queer non-binary artist, animal lover, and outdoor enthusiast. I am currently residing in SW Colorado but am originally from the Seattle area and have lived in many places. My art is generally inspired by nature, queer love, and my Japanese heritage. I offer handpoked tattoos, which are tattoos made without a machine. I am drawn to handpoke tattooing because of its rich history and roots from black and brown people around the world, and the gentle and quiet technique which suits my personality. I love to give my clients an experience that is safe and as comfortable and relaxing as possible. For the most part I don’t tattoo full time, because I prefer to be active outside as much as possible and take on animal care work and other manual labor gigs. I was farming for many years and have transitioned that passion into a love of organic gardening. I spend my spring/summer/fall seasons as a wrangler in the San Juan National Forest guiding horse riding trips in the wilderness. I am someone that needs a lot of variety in my life to feel fulfilled and a 9-5 job has never suited me. I tend to live in non-traditional settings and prefer to live off-grid and in a quiet remote place as I am a true introvert. I have been drawing since I was little and started teaching myself to tattoo around age 19, since then I have worked in shops in 8 states and hope to tattoo in many more. I also enjoy block printing, painting, making comics, and ceramics-although tattooing has been my main art focus for the last few years. I am so grateful for the connections I have made through tattooing and every single one I work on is the biggest honor that truly humbles me. I hope to one day be able to have land to welcome clients to so that they can enjoy not only the tattooing experience but also the quiet time in nature that I love so much.
